PIAGGIO Beverly Tourer 300 i.e. - Removing the Intake Manifold

- Using the special flywheel lock wrench, tighten
up the flywheel fixing nut to the prescribed torque
- Refit the retention plate

Refitting the starter motor
- Fit a new O-ring on the starter motor and lubricate
it.
- Fit the starter motor on the crankcase and lock
the 2 screws to the prescribed torque.

Starter screws 11 to 13
Cylinder assy. and timing system
Removing the intake manifold
Loosen the 3 screws and remove the air intake manifold.
- Upon refitting, secure to the specified torque.
