Refitting
Carry out the previous operations but in reverse order.
Locking torques (N*m)
Left shock absorber lower retainer 33 ÷ 41 Right shock absorber lower retainer 40 ÷ 45 Upper
shock absorber retainer 40 ÷ 45
Exhaust bracket
Removal
- Loosen and remove the lower retaining bolt of the
right-hand shock absorber at the mounting arm.
- Loosen the 2 retaining screws between arm and
engine.
- Remove the split pin and safety cover; unscrew
the wheel axle nut; use the rear brake to prevent
the wheel from turning.
- Remove the mounting arm.
- Remove the full muffler unit.
