Lubricate the seats and the balls.
Lock in place and turn the wrench anticlockwise

Locking torques (N*m)
Steering bearing upper seat 1) 80 ÷ 90°. Steering
bearing upper seat 50 ÷ 60 N.m
- Tighten the lower ring nut to the prescribed tor-
que.
- Loosen the lower ring nut by 90°
- Insert the spacer
- Lock the upper ring nut to the prescribed torque.
