Regulations on Free/Charging Repairs
The after-sales service will be provided according to the regulations for compensation for customers. The parts of the product will be retained
for 3 years.
Replacement will be made with the same model in principle. If the same model is not available, a similar model will be provided as a
replacement. The customer may select refund if he/she does not want replacement with a similar model.
Refund will be made based on the price on the receipt.
If the price on the receipt is higher than the normal price, it is considered to include incidental expenses. In this case, refund will be made
based on the normal price.
