Lubrication
Throttle Cable Lubrication
Lubricate the throttle cable (1) with
Polaris C able Lubricant (PN 2870510).
With the engine off, turn the handlebars
to the left and lubricate liberally as
shown.
Choke and Cable Lubrication
Lubricate the choke slide (2) and cables
with Polaris Cable Lubricant (PN
2870510). Before turning the engine
off, operate the choke intermittently to
draw moisture out of the choke plunger
area and reduce the possibility of the
choke becoming frozen.
