Rear Suspension Adjustments
Rear Torsion Spring Adjustment - Xtra -12
To adjust rear torsion spring tension,
rotate the two-position cam using the
engine spark plug t ool.
1a - Soft Tension - long end of cam to
front
1b - Medium Tension - short end of cam
up
Different rate torsion springs are available
if greater tension is desired. Contact your
dealer for more information.
Rear Torque Arm Adjustment - SKS Models
On SKS models only, t he rear torque arm may be lowered from the
stock mounting position (A) to an optional position beneath the tunnel
bend line (B).
Install a replacement bolt into the stock mounting position t o secure
the rear suspension mounting pad to the tunnel. See your dealer for
more information.
Moving the rear torque arm below the tunnel will improve deep snow
mobility.
