To mount the SAW filter on the A-SPK-0001 or A-SPK-0002 Sample
Positioning Kits, proceed in the same way. Use the mounting plate
which is included in the scope of supply of the SAW filter.
Refer to the separate operating instructions for the assembly of the tip-
tilt unit on the XY positioning stage.
