9.3 Maintenance Instructions
9.4 Troubleshooting
To avoid serious inju to children and animals, obsee the following rule:
1. Small pas, such as cables and straps, are dangerous if swallowed. Keep all pas out of reach of children
and animals.
2. Store the Sma Batte and remote controller in a cool, d place away from direct sunlight to ensure the
built-in LiPo batte does NOT overheat. Recommended storage temperature: between 22℃ and 28°C
(71°F and 82°F) for storage periods of more than three months. Never store in environments outside the
temperature range of -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F)
3. DO NOT allow the camera to come into contact with or become immersed in water or other liquids. If it
gets wet, wipe d with a soft, absorbent cloth. Turning on a drone that has fallen in water may cause
permanent component damage. DO NOT use substances containing alcohol, benzene, thinners, or other
ammable substances to clean or maintain the camera. DO NOT store the camera in humid or dusty areas.
4. Check eve drone pa after any crash or serious impact. If there are any problems or questions, contact
Potensic suppo.
5. Regularly check the Batte Level Indicators to see the current batte level and overall batte life. The
batte is rated for 250 cycles. It is not recommended to continue use afterward.
6. Make sure to transpo the drone with the arms folded when powered o.
7. Make sure to transpo the remote controller with antennas folded when powered o.
8. The batte will enter sleep mode after long-term storage. Charge the batte to exit from sleep mode.
9. Store the drone, remote controller, batte, and charger in a d environment.
10. Remove the batte before seicing the drone (e.g., cleaning or attaching and detaching the propellers).
Make sure that the drone and the propellers are clean by removing any di or dust with a soft cloth. Do
not clean the drone with a wet cloth or use a cleanser that contains alcohol. Liquids can penetrate the
drone housing, which can cause a sho circuit and destroy the electronics.
11. Make sure to turn o the batte to replace or to check the propellers.
1. Why can the batte not be used before the rst ight?
The batte must be activated by charging before using it for the rst time.
2. No function
Check if the sma batte and the remote controller are activated by charging. If the problem persists,
contact customer suppo.
3. Power-on and sta-up problems
Check if the batte has power. If yes, contact customer suppo if it cannot be staed normally.
4. SW update issues
Follow the instructions in the user manual to update the rmware. If the rmware update fails, resta all
the devices and t again. If the problem persists, contact customer suppo.
5. Shutdown and power-o problems
Contact customer suppo.
6. How to detect careless handling or storage in unsafe conditions
Contact customer suppo.
