What to do if my Q-See QT528 DVR does not start after connecting the power?

If your Q-See DVR doesn't start after connecting the power, the power adapter might be damaged or not providing enough power. Please change the adapter. Another possible cause is that the DVR may not be getting enough power from the outlet or surge protector it is attached to. Also, there could be a problem with the system board on the DVR.
