We would like to explain the operation by giving
you 5 examples. Your User Manual will give you
plenty of other helpful tips on how to make prepa-
ring meals child’s play, or simply follow the User
Guide on the display.
Example 1: Veal roast
Select Large Joints
Select preparation e.g. Universal Roast – that’s it!
The unit will right away work to give a preset
factory-tested result.
Or you have the option of making individual
changes to the level of browning and cooking.
If desired you can change the default settings
within the first 60 seconds.
The unit preheats automatically – the display
shows:
As soon as the preheat temperature is reached the
display shows
Please note that the core temperature probe must
be inserted when requested!
If the core temperature probe is incorrectly inserted
or is not inserted (see chapter on Working
with Core Temperature Probe) you will see the
appropriate message on the display.
If you fail to comply the mode is discontinued.
