The unit will right away work to give a preset
factory-tested result.
Or you can change the desired Finishing climate
e.g. "dry" or "moist".
The preset time may be changed if required.
Unit preheats automatically – display shows:
If desired you can change the default settings and
store your new ones.
As soon as the preheat temperature is reached
display shows
Please note that the core temperature probe must
be inserted in the ceramic tube on the mobile plate
rack when requested!
