You can open the iCC
cockpit by pressing the iCC
cockpit button
or it will open automatically
after 10 seconds.
The appliance is pre-heated
automatically.
You will then be prompted
to load the appliance.

steam and convection (50%
humidity at 202°C cooking
chamber temperature).

End of cooking time – a
sound is emitted, select
options.
You can now select other
options (for example, to
retain the temperature, to
insert the core temperature
probe, to crisp etc.)
