1 Select a manual cooking mode, e.g. "Steam".

Press the button and set the required cooking
time. See next line for continuous operation.

Press the button for continuous operation.
Alternatively, press the cooking time button and
turn/push the central dial / slider to the right until
"CONTINUOUS" is displayed.
Manual Preheat
