4.10.5 Data transmission
Data transmission is carried out using various data protocols.
Sub-menu Meaning
ASD Automatic field documentation; transmission of field data to a
PDA and/or Pocket PC via Bluetooth
LH5000 Serial communication e.g. spreading using application cards
GPS Control Protocol for the automatic section control with an external ter-
minal
VRA GPS con-
trol
VRA Variable Rate Application
Protocol for the automatic transmission of the target applica-
tion rate
TUVR Protocol for automatic section control and application rate ad-
justment for specific sub-areas with an external Trimble Termi-
nal
GPS km/h Only possible with TUVR protocol and Trimble Terminal.
Can be activated/deactivated
If activated, the speed signal of the GPS device is used as sig-
nal source for the AUTO km/h operating mode.
1. Mark menu item with bar.
2. Press the Enter key.
A check mark appears on screen.
GPS km/h is active.
The speed signal of the GPS device is used as signal
source for the AUTO km/h operating mode.
