The sounds are generated by a short start-up of the motor by the speed controller. Depending on motor
(e.g., depending on position of the rotor in the motor), the sounds may be very low.
Now check the drive and steering functions of the vehicle.

If this is not the case, reprogram the full throttle positions for forward and reverse driving and the natural
position at the speed controller. Observe chapter 10 a).
The other basic settings of the speed controller have already been pre-programed by the manufacturer and

h) Controlling the Vehicle
Operate the throttle/braking lever for the drive function at the transmitter very cautiously and do not drive too
fastatthebeginninguntilyougetusedtothecar‘sreactions.Donotmakeanyquickandjerkymovements
with the operating elements of the remote control.
Never point the transmitter aerial directly onto the vehicle. It will strongly decrease the range. The maximum
range is achieved if the aerial of the transmitter and vehicle are both vertical and in parallel to each other.
If the vehicle tends to pull towards the left or the right when driving straight, set the steering trim on the transmitter
accordingly.
The speed controller switches off the motor for reasons of safety if the transmitter signal fails. The same applies in
case of overtemperature of the speed controller.
In the home position at delivery, the throttle/braking lever must be put in the neutral position (neutral position = let go
oflever,donotmoveit)briey(approx.1-2seconds)betweenforwardandreversedriving.
If the throttle/brake lever is moved from forward to reverse directly, the brake function of the drive is activated (vehicle
will NOT reverse).
Reversing can be deactivated using the speed controller programming.
In the basic settings at delivery, however, forward and reverser driving with the brake. See the next page on
