Total number of covers or slip sheets inserted. The count for
a cover printed on both sides counts 2.
2 Series/Book
The number of pages printed in series (one side) or printed
as a book with booklet right/left pagination.
3 User Stamp
The number of pages printed where stamps were applied,
including page numbering and date stamping.
