1. Login icon
This icon is displayed when users are logged in. When you press the icon, the names of the users who are
currently logged in are displayed.
2. System message
Reports the system status by means of a message.
3. Solving Problems by Means of Help
Press [ ] to display help for the current window.
4. Main power indicator
The main power indicator lights up when you turn on the main power switch.
If the indicator keeps flashing even after you turn the power off, do not remove the power plug from the
receptacle.
5. Suspending an Operation
Press [Stop] to suspend operations such as scanning an original, fax transmission, and printing.
6. (Menu)
Press to display application menus.
7. (Home)
Press to display the Home screen.
8. (Back)
Press to return to the previous screen.
