Reporting the name and number of the sender (this machine) to the destination
If you specify the sender's number, name and standard message, these details will be printed together
with the faxed image at the recipient's end.

Sending faxes from a computer (LAN FAX)
You can directly fax the document without printing it, resulting in higher work efficiency and reduced
consumption of paper and other consumables. The LAN FAX driver must be installed on the computer.

Receiving Faxes
If the machine receives a fax, the received fax is printed according to the settings specified in [Reception
Settings] in [Fax Settings].
If you enable the storage function in [Reception File Settings], received files are stored on the hard disk
and can be printed or deleted as required.

The fax indicator flashes during fax reception. If the fax indicator lights steadily, there is a received
file stored in the machine. Check that the paper and other consumables have not run out so that the
machine is ready to print.
