Check Status Indicator Lighting to Indicate an Error.

The Check Status indicator lights to indicate an error such as a paper jam, paper running out, or toner running
out.
* When the indicator flashes, there is a system message.
• Checking the Error Report
1. Press [Check Status].

Press [Check] to display the error report and solution.

10. Fax indicator
Indicates the status of the fax function.
• Flashing: transmitting and receiving data
• Lit: receiving data (Substitute RX File/Memory Lock Reception/Personal Box)
