Preventing a Fax Transmission to the Wrong Destination
To prevent selecting a wrong fax destination, you can configure the machine to display a screen
confirming the destination before sending a fax.

Checking the fax transmission result (transmission file status)
You can check the transmission result on the control panel.
1. Press [TX/RX Status / Print].
2. Select [Transmission File Status].
Printing transmission/reception journal
The journal logs information such as the destination, date and time of transmission/reception, and
transmission/reception result.
1. Press [TX/RX Status / Print].
2. Press [Print Records].
By default, a journal for 50 jobs is automatically printed.
