7: Transmitted Jobs Handling
The next options in your Printer Settings will allow you to adjust how the printer handles transmitted print
jobs

The first option is the Auto Advance which you can set to On or Off by have it checked or unchecked. If
the Auto Advanced is set to on, all you will need to do is press the print button to print the next queued
job. If the Auto Advance is set to off, you will need to press the right arrow key to access the second job
before you can print it.
With the Ri 3000 and Ri 6000 printers it is not necessary to wait until one job is complete before sending
the next job. While the first job is printing, you can prepare and send another print job. If the second job
is transferred and ready before the first job is finished printing you will see the message “New Job
Available” in red on your control panel’s print screen.
