The sharing of administrator tasks eases the burden on individual administrators while also limiting
unauthorized operations by a single administrator. You can register up to four login user names
(Administrators 1-4) to which you can grant administrator privileges.

1. Log in as the administrator from Web Image Monitor.
2. Point to [Device Management], and then click [Configuration].
3. Click [Program/Change Administrator] under "Device Settings".
4. Select the administrator type and administrator number.
5. Enter the [Login User Name] of the selected administrator number.
6. Click [Change] for "Login Password".
7. Enter the login password in [New Password].
Follow the password policy to make the login password more secure.

Extended Security Functions".
8. Re-enter the login password in [Confirm Password], and then click [OK].
9. Click [Change] for "Encryption Password".
10. Enter the encryption password in [New Password].
11. Re-enter the encryption password in [Confirm Password], and then click [OK].
12. Click [OK].
13. Log out.
