FIRST START-UP AND INITIAL SETTINGS
CAUTION:
Only the following switches can be handled: SWIN, SWBYP, SWOUT, external UPS battery line switch and,
necessary, SWMB (see paragraph “Manual bypass (SWMB)”)
 Visual connection inspection
Check that all connections are compliant with the specifications of the “Installation Instructions”
Check that all switches are open
 Closing the external battery line switch/fuse
Check the polarity of the connections, then close the external battery line switch/fuses
CAUTION: any connection not compliant with the "Installation Instructions" may damage the battery fuses
and other protections; in this case, call for assistance to avoid further damage to the UPS.
 UPS power
Close the UPS's upline protections.
 Closing the SWMB Manual bypass switch
Close the SWMB manual bypass switch and check that output voltage is present.
Re-open the SWMB switch.
 Closing the input switches
Close the SWIN and SWBYP input switches.
