REGOLAZIONE LUNGHEZZA PUNTO (fig. 47)
La lunghezza del punto si regola agendo sulla vite S, per mezzo di cacciavite la cui
lama si introduce in un foro praticato sul piano di lavoro, dopo aver allentato il
dado R, con filetto sinistro.
Tenere presente che la vite S si gira in senso antiorario per allungare il punto ed in
senso orario per accorciarlo.
Dopo la registrazione controllare che le griffe nel loro massimo spostamento non
tocchino le estremita delle feritoie della placca d'ago.
ADJUSTING STITCH LENGTH (fig. 47)
The stitch length is adjusted by turning screw S, with screwdriver blade inserted in a
hole in the work plate, after having slackened nut R with left handed thread.
Remember that the stitch is lengthened by turning screw in a counterclockwise
direction, and shortened by turning it in a clockwise direction.
After regulating, check that when the feed dogs make their maximum run they do
not touch the extremities of the needle plate slots.
