REGOLAZIONE TENDIFILO CAMMA CROCHET INFERIORE
I due dischi della camma tendifilo debbono essere perfettamente centrati con la
levetta
fermafilo A e I'astina B (fig. 52).
Per eseguire detta regolazione allentare la vite C dell'anello D e le viti E sul mozzo
della camma; far scorrere assialmente camma ed anello sull'albero principale e
fissarii
entrambi nella corretta posizione tenendo presente che il mozzo della
camma deve fare rasamento contro ranelio D. L'anello D medlante la spina F, che
trova riscontro nella feritoia G del mozzo della camma H, costituisce il limite di
escursione radiale della camma stessa.
Tenere inoltre presente che quando il crochet inizia la sua corsa verso destra deve
tendere il suo filo.
Accertarsi della corretta regolazione effettuando alcune prove di cucitura.
ADJUSTING LOWER LOOPER THREAD TAKE-UP CAM
The two thread take-up cam discs must be perfectly centered with thread retaining
lever A and rod B (fig. 52J.
To make the adjustment, slacken screw C of ring D and screws E on cam hub. Slide
cam and ring axially on shaft and fix them both in the correct position, bearing in
mind that the cam hub must be right up against ring D.
Ring D,
through pin F that fits in slot G of hub of cam H, establishes the limit of
radial movement of said cam.
Also bear in mind that when the looper starts its stroke towards the right, it must
tension its thread.
Check that adjustment is correct by carrying out some test seams.
