REGOLAZIONE TENDIFILO INTERMITTENTE AGHI
Le macchine serie 261, 263 e serie 264 con aghi multipli e crochet frontali sono
dotate di tendifilo intermittente. Esso e un tendifiio a corsa regolabile con il quale
si possono ottenere cuclture piu o meno elastiche, per aumentare oppure per
diminuire il cappio degli aghi.
La regolazione detia sua corsa si ottiene (dopo aver tolto il coperchio del braccio)
ailentando il dado A (fig. 55) e spostando verso 11 basso il perno B quando si vuole
aumentare la corsa, o verso I'alto quando si vuole diminuirla.
Una targhetta C millimetrata posta sul davanti del braccio permette di valutare
I'entita della corsa del tendifilo D.
ADJUSTING INTERMITTENT NEEDLE THREAD TAKE-UP
Class 261 and 263 machines and Class 264 multi-needle machines with front
loopers are fitted with intermittent thread take-up. It is an adjustable stroke thread
take-up with which seams having more or less elasticity can be obtained, by
increasing or decreasing the size of the needle thread loops.
Its stroke can be adjusted (after having removed machine arm cover) by slackening
nut A (fig. 55) and moving pin B downwards in order to increase the stroke or
upwards to decrease it.
Plate C calibrated in millimetres, on the front of machine arm, gives an indication
of the value of thread take-up D stroke.
