In regards to unbolting the rack from the shipping pallet, the following warnings must be upheld:
TIP / HEAVY EQUIPMENT
• This rack is easily tipped. Use extreme caution when handling.
• Instructed or Skilled persons to handle rack only.
o Only Microsoft approved SOP logistics systems to be used to move the rack.
▪ This includes but not restricted to unbolting, removing from pallet, moving and
handling and final deployment.
• People handling the rack must wear PPE in accordance with local risk assessments and local
regulations.
• Unbolting of rack to take place on level surface only.
• Rack can roll off pallet easily once unbolted, remove immediately after unbolting.
• No external forces should be applied to rack during unbolting.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury or equipment
damage.

In regards to removing the rack from the shipping pallet the following warnings must be upheld:

• This rack is easily tipped. Use extreme caution when handling.
• Instructed or Skilled persons to handle rack only.
o Only Microsoft approved SOP logistics systems to be used to move rack.
▪ This includes but not restricted to unbolting, removing from pallet, moving and
handling and final deployment.
• People handling the rack must wear PPE in accordance with local risk assessments and local
regulations.

Statement 5
In regards to moving the rack on castor wheels, the following warnings must be upheld:
TIP / HEAVY EQUIPMENT
• This rack is easily tipped. Use extreme caution when handling.
• Instructed or Skilled persons to handle rack only.
o Only Microsoft approved SOP logistics systems to be used to move rack.
▪ This includes but not restricted to unbolting, removing from pallet, moving and
handling and final deployment.
• People handling the rack must wear PPE in accordance with local risk assessments and local
regulations.
• Inspect planned route to eliminate potential hazards and verify routes and door openings can
accommodate the rack (see specification page).
• Ensure all levelling feet are raised to their highest position and no stabiliser bracket fitted.
• Do not use a ramp inclined at more than 5 degrees
