14.2 Torques of Pan/Tilt motors screws
In case of change of pan motor or tilt motor or pan/tilt control PCB (RB 3138 in the xture yoke), you have to
run the procedure Calibrate Pan/Tilt Reset in the tab "Service" (tab Service--> Calibrations --> Calibrate Pan/
Tilt Reset).
Screws must be tightened in the order 1-->4.
Use LOXEAL 55.03 (nut locking threadsealing)
on each screw
Tilt motor
Pan motor
4 x h ex socket head screw M5x20 (stainless) with
washer
Tightening torque*: 2.5 Nm
* Tighten all screws in two steps:
Step 1 - use tightening torque 0.5Nm (pre-tightening)
Step 2- use tightening torque 2.5Nm (nal tightening)
* Tighten all screws in two steps:
Step 1 - use tightening torque 0.5Nm
(pre-tightening)
Step 2- use tightening torque 2.5Nm
(nal tightening)
4 x at head screw M5x16 (stainless)
with sealing ring 5x1.5
Tightening torque*: 2.5 Nm
