Basic operations of the GO:KEYS
Returning to the home screen
The screen that appears after you turn on
the power is called the “home screen”.
Press the [
] (Home) button to return to
the Home screen.
Selecting parameters and changing
values
Here’s how to select the parameters and change their values.
Select the parameter Edit the value
[enter] button

Use the dial to select a parameter.
2.
Press the [enter] button to move the cursor to the
value.
3.
Use the dial to edit the value.
4.
Press the [enter] button to move the cursor back to the
parameter.
5.
Repeat steps 1–4.

If the entire row is highlighted, you can turn the dial to select the
parameter.

If only the value is highlighted, you can turn the dial to edit the
value.

Press the [enter] button on the various settings screens to switch
between parameter selection and value editing.
Renaming a song or pattern (Rename)
This explains how to rename the songs and patterns.

(DELETE)
Deletes a single character.

(INSERT)
Inserts a single character.
[f3]
(CAPS)
Toggles between uppercase/lowercase.
[f4]
(EXECUTE)
Executes the rename operation.
Dial Edits the character.

Moves the cursor.
Using the center cancel function
(Center Cancel)
You can apply the center cancel eect to the input audio from the
Input jack, the Bluetooth audio or the song that’s playing back.
What’s center cancel?—this is a function that reduces the volume
of sounds that play in the center of the stereo eld (such as vocals,
melodic instruments and so on) during playback.
1.
Press the [menu] button.
The Menu screen appears.
2.
Use the cursor [ÌÌ] [ÊÊ] buttons to select “Center
Cancel”, and press the [enter] button.
Press the [enter] button to toggle the center cancel eect on/o.
Center cancel: OFF
Center cancel: ON
Version information screen (Information)
Here’s how to view the software version.
1.
Press the [menu] button.
2.
Use the cursor [ÌÌ] [ÊÊ] buttons to select “Information”,
and press the [enter] button.
This shows the version information screen.
