Editing the system settings
Parameter Value Explanation
Local Ctrl OFF, ON
When a MIDI sequencer is connected,
set this parameter to Local Off.
Since most MIDI sequencers have their
“thru” function turned on, notes you
play on the keyboard may be sounded
in duplicate, or get dropped. To prevent
this, you can enable the “Local Off”
setting to disconnect the keyboard
from the internal sound generator.
Speaker

OFF, ON Turns the built-in speakers on/off.
Pedal
Hold Pol
STANDARD,
REVERSE
Specifies the polarity of the pedal
connected to the pedal hold jack.
Ctrl Pol
(GO:KEYS 5 only)
STANDARD,
REVERSE
Specifies the polarity of the pedal
connected to the pedal ctrl jack.
Changing the design of the home screen
1.
On the System Menu screen, select “General” and press
the [enter] button.
The System>General screen appears.
2.
Use the dial to select “Home Disp”, and press the [enter]
button.
A preview screen is shown.
3.
Use the dial to select the type, and press the [enter]
button.
The display returns to the System>General screen.
Setting the audio input (Input)
1.
Press the [menu] button.
The Menu screen appears.
2.
Use the cursor [ÌÌ] [ÊÊ] buttons to select “System”, and
press the [enter] button.
The System Menu screen appears.
3.
Select “input” and press the [enter] button.
The System>Input screen appears.
4.
Edit the settings.

Adjusts the gain of the mic input.

Adjust this if the mic audio is too quiet even
though you’ve adjusted the Mic Volume, or if
the audio is too loud and is distorting.
HS Mic Gain
(GO:KEYS 5 only)
-6.0 dB–+27.0 dB
Adjusts the gain of the headset mic
input.
