NOTE
The operation of this command requires the correct use of the software interlock functionality
This command initiates a continuous laser emission at a wavelength of 830 nm (typical).
The specific product determines the emitted power:
 LRF 6742 without pointer => Not applicable.
 LRF 6742 LP with eye safe pointer => Class 1 eye safe.
The emitted beam at 830 nm (typical) is coaxial with the range finding beam at 1550 nm (typical) and it is
aligned with the mechanical interface of the module.
The module provides this functionality for alignment, pointer and maintenance purposes (no range is
measured).

NOTICE
The device temperature influences the pointer performance.
For maintaining performance, we recommended to operate the pointer:
 Using a 50% rule, activating the pointer and leaving a relaxation time.
 At extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 45°C) not longer than 15 sec.
 At room temperature (25°C) not longer than four minutes.
