4.6 – Typical SAGEM-LINK F Pilot Screens
The following screens are representative to typical problems which could happen.
4.6.1 – No connection to the IDU from the Pilot software
When connecting a PC on a SAGEM-LINK F IDU, and running SAGEM-LINK F Pilot, the following
typical screens may appear :
- The Pilot software does not recognize the equipment : check serial cable between IDU and PC,
and verify that you are using a valid COM port (see chapter3, section 3.2.1)
4.6.2 – No Local equipment
The IDU is recognized by the Pilot software, but there is a local ODU problem or no local ODU
connected : check IDU to ODU cable. If the problem persists, replace the ODU.
