3.3.5 - Downloads Menu
IDU software, ODU software and NMI (SNMP agent) software are downloadable. These operations
are only possible when logged as super user.
Click on the Download Menu and select IDU, ODU or NMI (Local or Remote) :
3.3.5.1 - IDU Code Download
The IDU download screen is given below :

From this screen, it is possible to activate the version stored in bank 2, or to replace bank2 software
by a new one, by clicking on the download button.
When downloading is in progress, an indicator is displayed to check operation is correctly processed.
In the event of incompatibility between the downloading software and the equipment, the following
message appears: "Loading error".
Note : when a new software version is activated, the system reset automatically the IDU.
3.3.5.2 - NMI Code Download
This menu is used to download a new version of NMI SNMP agent with a TFTP server. To download
the software, the PC is connected to a NMI Ethernet port (East, West or Mgr). The TFTP IP address is
the PC Ethernet card IP address.
If the file to download (igr.cmp) is not recognized by the NMI, the download is stopped and the code is
deleted from the flash memory.
Enter : TFTP server IP address, file name, transmission delay between two TFTP blocks and confirm.
