Memory All Clear
This operation clears all programming and returns SAM4POS to the factory default.
This operation is reserved for the System Admin only. Contact your local authorized dealer for assistance.
Warning: This operation is not reversible; all programming, settings, and report totals will be lost.
Be sure to back up the program prior to performing this procedure if you wish to save any of the
current program files, settings or report totals.
1. From the Sign-On screen; sign on to SAM4POS as the System Admin. The confirmation dialog
displays.
2. Press YES to confirm.
3. Go to: PROGRAM MODE \ SYSTEM \ DATABASE \ APP FACTORY RESET
4. The confirmation dialog displays:
5. Press YES to confirm or no to exit without resetting.
6. The SAM4POS Application will be reset and the default demo database program will be loaded.
