Check Method
Outdoor unit display
Indoor unit display (Operation) (Timer) (Fan) (Filter) (Defrost)
Detect when the low pressure sensor value is under 2.6kg/cm
2
during cooling operation and
when the value is under 1.4kg/cm
2
during heating operation.
Insufficient refrigerant / EV clogging / Service valve clogging / Compressor unloading defect /
Low pressure sensor defect / Compressor Discharge Check Valve leakage of the outdoor unit
on the stop side
If use at the temperature that is far from the using condition (start when outside temperature is
below -20°C during heating operation and when outside temperature is below -5°C during
cooling operation), the relevant error can be occurred.
Is the service valve opened all?
Test operation
Open the service valve.
No
Connect the S-net and Manifold
Gauge (Requisite)
Yes
Is the measuring value of
S-net same as the value of the
Manifold Gauge?
Replace the low pressure
sensor.
No

Are the indoor unit and
outdoor unit EEV
operated normally?
Check the relevant EEV.
No

Is there any clogged part in a piping
(Filter, etc.)?
Check the pipe.

Is there any leakage
on the liquid valve of the outdoor unit

Valve during some outdoor units are

Check the amount of refrigerant
