Check Method
Outdoor unit display
Indoor unit display (Operation) (Timer) (Fan) (Filter) (Defrost)
When the temperature of indoor unit heat exchanger during cooling operation maintains for
over 5 minutes below -4°C
Indoor fan motor lock or defect
EEV open error
Check the indoor unit that freezing
is detected.
Remove the obstacles of
corresponding indoor unit and
clean the dust filter.
Error reset (Key 3)
Operate the corresponding
indoor unit only.
Is the indoor unit fan motor
operated normally?
Operate when every room is cool.
Is high/low pressure normal?
Completion
Is the voltage of PCB fan motor
output terminal normal?
After checking the connection wire
of the fan motor, replace the motor.
Check the amount of refrigerant.
Replace PCB
