Step 4 (Comp single product operation failure)
① Inspect rotating failure by Comp Coil
breaking of wire
- Check U(BLU), V(PRP), W(BLK) order
Measure U-V, V-W, U-W, resistance
Normal : 11~12 Ω
Failure : Open ∞ Ω
Step 5 (Comp Relay Failure)
① Inspect Power sullying line
- Comp Operation condition is normal : AC
100~125 V
- Failure :Inspect Non Apply AC voltage)
② Inspect comp OLP(Over Load Protection) -
Normal : applying an electric current 0~1
Ω
- Failure: Open ∞ Ω
Step 6 (Gas Leak failure)
① When the temperature of Comp Working
Comp-dome & Pipe-Condenser is not high
repair sealedsystem because it is the
failure of Gas Leak or Clogged
Step 4 (When the C-Fan failure)
① When C-Fan operation or “FG” Signal failure,
Compressor stops after 60min.
※ Check the “FG” failure thorough self
diagnosis even the Fan rotates.
