Magnifying (zooming in) the image
The saved images can be magnified for viewing during playback.

Display the image that you want to magnify.
œ For a video clip, pause playback at the place you wish to magnify.

Press the zoom switch towards
[v].
œ The zoom mark v appears on the
LCD monitor, and magnification is
enabled.

Turn the jog dial.
To magnify: Turn clockwise.
To return to normal size: Turn
counterclockwise.
œ The image is magnified, and the
central portion of the image is
displayed.
œ You can use the arrow button to
view different parts of the magnified
image.
œ To reset to the normal display size,
push the zoom switch towards [z].
