Activating the Service Mode
The LP balances are equipped with a service mode that enables expanded
calibration/adjustment functions. With these expanded functions, you do not
need to use the PSION Server or SARTOCAS Service Program for PCs to cali-
brate/adjust the balance.
The service mode only remains active until:
1. you press M to exit the menu, or
2. c is pressed when the “Service CAL Selection” menu is displayed (see
the overview on page 9).
The weighing mode is active (0.00 g is displayed - depending on the balance
model)
Enter the service password: 202122.
Press M.
The SETUP menu is displayed and an “S” is shown in the lower left corner.
The service mode is now active.
Press c to exit the SETUP menu; press q to activate the calibration/
adjustment menu.

You only need to use the adjustment software if the current adjustment error is
greater than 2% or if multiple adjustment steps are necessary due to unfavor-
able ambient conditions.
