Periodic Checks by
the Owner
In addition to those examinations and tests which the owner of the installation entrusts to
the maintenance organization, the owner needs to carry out the following checks
periodically:
– correct functioning of landing doors and landing door tracks
– stopping accuracy
– correct functioning of indicators
– landing push buttons
– car push buttons
– two-way means of communication in the car which provide permanent contact with a
rescue service
– normal car light
– door reversal devices
– safety signs / pictograms
