Liabilities
Any warranty implied under State Law shall be limited to one year from original date of delivery to the
original purchaser. Specifically excluded from SCHOTT liability is damage resulting from acts of any deity,
malicious mischief, vandalism, riots, wars, improper installation, or neglect in the operation or
maintenance of the unit or misunderstanding of the properties of the unit. Under no circumstances shall
SCHOTT be liable for consequential or other damages of any kind, losses or expenses in connection with,
by reason of the use, or inability to use, of this unit for any. The stated warranty provides the purchaser
with specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. Some states, for example, do not allow
exclusion of consequential damage.
