9.3. Rotating the positioner for
process valves
Iftheconnectingcablesorhosescannotbe tted properlyfollowinginstallation of the processvalve, the
positioner can be rotated contrary to the actuator.

Procedure
Loosentheuidconnectionbetweenthepositionerandtheactuator.
Loosen the fastening screws countersunk in the side of the body (hexagon socket wrench size 2.5).
Rotate the positioner into the required position.
NOTE!
Too high torque when screwing in the fastening screw does not ensure protection class IP65 / IP67!
The fastening screw may be tightened to a maximum torque of 0.5 Nm only. •
Tighten the fastening screws hand-tight only (maximum torque: 0.5 Nm).
Re-attachtheuidconnectionsbetweenthepositionerandtheactuator.Ifrequired,uselongerhoses.
