Ninebot App
Black Box
Follow these steps to send the black box data from your One S1. The
black box data includes the fault log, battery charge/discharge history,
and other information.
1. Open the Ninebot App and connect to your One S1.
2. Go to the Settings Menu.
3. Select Other Settings.
4. Select Black Box.
5. Type your name and email address in the text box.
6. Click Send.
