2. General
The commeo Sensor WS/WSRF is transmitting on the commeo frequency 868.1 MHz.
commeo is a bidirectional radio system of the company SELVE. In addition, the data
of commeo devices are transmitted, received and saved. Subsequently, the executing
devices will be called receiver (e.g. commeo motors) and the command giving devices
will be called transmitter (e.g. commeo Multi Send).
The commeo Sensor WS measures the surrounding wind speed and brightness. The
commeo Sensor WSRF registers humidity (rain) and temperatures (frost) additionally.
The measured values are transmitted to one or more receivers (e.g. motors of awnings,
roller shutters, venetian blinds or flush-mounted receivers) via radio. Depending on the
presetting of the receivers these will automatically be retracted and extended.
The commeo Sensor WS/WSRF needs the mains voltage 230 V ~ for operation.
2.1. Designated use
The commeo Sensor WS/WSRF may only be connected via radio with SELVE commeo
devices. SELVE commeo receivers produced since March 2018 are compatible to the
commeo Sensor WS/WSRF.
Please note that radio sets cannot be operated in areas with increased risk of interfer-
ence (e.g. hospitals, airports).
The remote control is only permitted for equipment and systems with which a mal-
function in the hand-held transmitter or receiver does not present a risk to persons,
animals or objects, or this risk is covered by other safety devices.
The operator does not enjoy any protection from disturbances by other remote signal-
ling equipment and terminal equipment.
The radio receiver may only be connected to devices and systems that are approved
by the manufacturer.
