With the 3 integrated light sensors the intensity of the sun radiation is measured. In
dependence of the settable light values and the actual sun radiation the sun protection
system will automatically be retracted and extended. The light values for the retraction
and extension will be set separately at the commeo Multi Send. The 3 sun sensor ele-
ments (in 3 directions) can be deactivated individually.
The light value at which, after excess, the sun protection system will be extended
automatically is called Sunny.
The delay of the extension after the excess is 3 … 9 minutes.
The light value at which, after shortfall, the sun protection system will be retracted
automatically is called Cloudy.
The delay of the retraction after the shortfall is 15 … 21 minutes.
Note:
For the recording and analysis of the sun light an optimal positioning of the commeo
Sensor WS/WSRF is necessary.
• During the day near trees and neighbouring buildings may throw shadows and influ-
ence the automatic operation.
• Through soiling of the housing the recording of the sun light may be affected.
• Sun protection system may not be extended uncontrolled and automatically if this
leads to danger. This applies e.g. for a sudden change of the weather.
• At frost, snowfall, freezing rain or similar weather conditions it is absolutely necessary
to switch off the automatic operation. Please also observe the provisions of the sun
protection system manufacturer.
