• Activate VoE/EoE support on the EtherCAT

controller.
• Activate the connection to the TCP/IP stack and IP routing.
• Specify the IP address of the EtherCAT
®
mailbox gateway. The IP address is usu-
ally assigned by the engineering tool (e.g. TwinCAT) and should not be changed.
