Maintenance
Fax print head
Clean the print head frequently to ensure optimum printing performance. To
clean the print head, first unplug the power cord, open the operation panel
(pull the release marked PANEL RELEASE toward you), and remove the
fax paper.
Wipe the print head with a soft cloth
dampened with denatured alcohol.

Do not use benzene or thinner. Avoid touching the print head with hard
objects.

The print head may be hot if your fax machine has just received a large
number of documents. If this is the case, allow the print head to cool prior to
cleaning.
