Batteries
Low Battery Alerts
A pop-up message on the console will alert you when the probe battery approaches
approximately 20% of remaining power.
You should then take action to avoid an interruption to the exam:
1. Freeze the image.
2. Turn the probe off.
3. Replace the probe battery with a fresh battery.
4. Turn the probe on and resume the exam.
Alternatively, you can begin using the probe cable connector or proceed to promptly complete
the exam.
When the system battery approaches 10% the battery alert message will be repeated. Shortly,
following that, the probe will automatically shut down. When the 10% remaining charge
message appears, you should take action so as not to interrupt the exam.
When the system is plugged into AC Mains power, if the console batteries require recharging,
and probe batteries are inserted into the onboard charging ports and also require recharging,
the system will give higher priority to recharging the probe batteries.
