Operational and safety regulations
Before groups of persons begin work on the system they must have read and understood the related
documents, in particular Chapter 2 "Safety regulations".
Disregard of the safety regulations
Products are designed for proper use, and before they are delivered they are test-
ed to ensure they function correctly. Siemens disclaims all liability for damage or
injuries caused by the incorrect application of the instructions or disregard of warn-
ings of danger contained in the documentation. This applies in particular to:
κ Personal injuries or damage caused by improper use and incorrect use;
κ Personal injuries or damage caused by disregarding safety instructions in the
documentation or on the product;
κ Personal injuries or damage caused by poor maintenance or a lack of mainte-
nance.
