7.4 Software
The following software is available for planning, configuration and commissioning:
FXS7212 Cerberus
Engineering Tool
For programming the object- and customer-specific control panel functions.
FX7220 Cerberus Remote
Indicates a graphic representation of a station's PMI, provided that the PC is
connected to the station.
Cerberus-Remote is software for the PC which can be used to display the Person
Machine Interface of a 'Station' on the PC, if the corresponding approval is
granted. Depending on the operation mode, Cerberus-Remote can either be used
for display purposes or for display and operation purposes.
Quantities Tool
The outline quantities tool can be used to calculate C-NET utilization (AK, RK, MK
connection factors) and determine the C-NET line card load.
This results in e.g.:
● Number and type of devices per detector line
● Number of required line cards
● Number of C-NET loops and stubs
● Battery capacity required (emergency power supply)
